Fridge Mountain was created by two Cambridge based design and technology companies with missions to make a difference in the world.
We just got together one day and decided that Fridge Mountain would be a good way to start making that difference! We got to work on the site, and have recently set up a CIC, The Sustainable Connection, to run it.
Our team currently consists of three people:
Neale Upstone of Whirlwind Match, Jon Wilson, also of Whirlwind Match, and Rob Chant of db|design.

If so, then please get in touch. We're currently looking for a part-time press officer to help with promoting Fridge Mountain in the media, and a marketing consultant or strategist.
A few examples of what our members have recently given each other:
Fran found a new home for some shelves, and unexpectedly rehomed a 6 foot high house plant too.
Rob shifted a big old chest of drawers he no longer wanted... it was picked up within a couple of hours of being posted on the site!
Lindsey found a wheel-barrow for her allotment.
